Q: Does MeLuvKush offer a gift wrap service?

No, at the moment we do not offer gift wrap service.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

Yes, as long as the item has yet to be shipped, which normally happens 12-24 hours after you’ve placed your order. For any questions you can contact us at info@meluvkush.com or call (862) 621-9401.  Be sure to have your order/confirmation number available.

Q: At what point is my credit card charged?

A: Your credit card is charged once the order is placed. MeLuvKush only accepts credit card purchases and does not accept checks or money orders for payment.

Q: Is your website secure?

A: Yes, the MeLuvKush website is a secure shopping environment where information is safeguarded if you are a registered user. For non-registered users your information is not held beyond the shipping of the order. Our security policy is covered under the PRIVACY link on our website.


Q: Where does MeLuvKush ship to?

A: MeLuvKush ships to US, Canada, Australia and the UK at this time. International shipping charges included in orders are calculated depending on shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that International shipments including to Canada are subject to additional customs taxes and duties not included in your order fee; these charges are assessed, determined and issued directly by the country of destination, not by MeLuvKush. Customers are responsible to pay these customs, taxes, duties or brokerage fees before delivery of their orders. MeLuvKush does not have the ability to determine in advance these customs, taxes, duties or brokerage fees or intercept shipments after they have been placed on our website.

Q: How is my order shipped?

A: MeLuvKush uses USPS to ship its products.  Orders will be shipped from our US warehouse within two business days of placing your order. We will ship on business days excluding major holidays. Standard shipping is USPS Priority Service to all continental US destinations, unless an expedited USPS service is selected. USPS will not deliver to PO Box’s.

Q: Can the shipping address be different to the credit card billing address?

A: Yes. Simply follow the instructions on the website during the CHECKOUT process to be given this option. Please note that we can only ship to one address per order. If you have more than one item in your order, and need these items to be shipped to different addresses, then multiple orders will need to be processed. We are also limited to physical address deliveries; we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: All orders placed on a business day will be shipped out within 48 hours.  If your order is placed over a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped the following working business day.

Q: Does MeLuvKush charge any Sales Tax?

A: We collect sales tax on all purchases in the state of New Jersey. Any package sent to an address in New Jersey state will be taxed at the current sales tax rate. For packages shipped to addresses outside of New Jersey, no sales tax will be collected or passed on. Currently, there is no applicable sales tax for shipping charges.


Q: Does MeLuvKush have a return policy?

A: Yes.  Please follow instructions should you need to make a return.

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of purchase.
  2. Returns must be in the original condition at time of purchase, including packaging, instructions and any accessories associated with the purchase.
  3. Refunds will be given on the credit card used initially at time of purchase, less a $5.00 restocking fee.
  4. If merchandise returned is damaged or changed in any way as per our discretionary inspection, a refund will not be provided.
  5. Shipping charges associated with an order will not be refunded.
  6. Shipping of returned items to MeLuvKush is at your expense.
  7. If merchandise is defective it should be returned within 20 days for a full replacement. All costs associated with shipping will be the responsibility of MeLuvKush.


Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. A: The godee measures at 18" in width x 30" in length.  Made of 100% cotton lined with polyfill.

Q: How do I care for my godee?

A. Machine wash cold, do not bleach, line dry, and pre washing before first use is recommended.

Q: What are the requirements of the godee?

A: The godee is perfect for newborns to 6 months, weighing: 5-12 pounds.
